Effective August 29, 2025, a U.S. executive order has removed the De minimis exemption for cross-border shipments. As a result, all orders shipped from our Canada-based business to customers in the United States are now subject to applicable duties and customs fees, regardless of order value. These charges are calculated and collected during checkout to ensure full compliance with U.S. import regulations. By placing an order, U.S. customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for these fees as part of the total purchase cost.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that as the customer, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
